Yeohata Machineries Sdn Bhd is a subsidiary of Quality Coils Industries Sdn Bhd, has been a leading manufacturer for all Mosquito Coil Productionrelated machineries and facilities, also pioneer in PLC Controlled pneumatic Mosquito Coils Making Machine.

The 1st generation of Yeohata was developed in 1993, specifically to replace the conventional machines and streamline mosquito coils production. After years of Research & Development, in year 2003 we launched our 3rd generation machine, with better power efficiency and productivity. With our domination in the field that we have been established for the past 30 years we have to date sold more than 100 units of YEOHATA Machines worldwide.

This is our best selling model with a Stamping speed of 28 Stamps per minutes, and 8 Double coils / stamps resulting hourly output of 13,440 double coils. It is an ideal solution for a small and medium scale production facility.

A 14 moulds machine which stamps at a speed of 20-22 Stamps per minutes, and 14 Double coils / stamps resulting hourly output of 18,480 double coils. Many multi nationals corporations has acquired this model for use in their huge operation for main reason to coupe with their demanding capacity and space constrain. This model has even won the hearts of Japanese customer who had been the pioneer in the development of Mosquito Coi ls.
